Inspired by the culture and creativity of Boholanos, BEZO Recreational and Aquatic Activities in Bohol (BRAABO) partnered with the community of Baclayon in Bohol—an island province in the Philippines—to promote sustainable community development and the preservation of natural and cultural sites through various projects.
Implemented together with the Diocese of Tagbilaran and the local government of Baclayon, among other partners, these projects seek to create a sustainable development program focused on education, entrepreneurship, and the environmen.
Aiming to boost economic activity and a sense of heritage and national pride in the island, these projects provide funds, technical assistance, and various other opportunities for several Bohol communities to earn and maximize their potential.
Equally important, the projects aim to actively contribute to the development of the province and the country as a whole by translating nature, heritage, history, and culture into practical resources for the development of entrepreneurial creativity and zeal in the countryside.
